Forgiveness is a good characters and also a medicine for your health, hehehe, keeping something in your heart is not good, letting it go is making your feeling strong, nobodys perfect in this world, except the almighty god, creator of all mankind, everybody getting mistakes, if you forgive someone who did something not good from you then you could have reward from almighty god which you could take it here in the world or in the hereafter.

To err is human to forgive is divine.

We all make mistakes big or small it doesn't matter what's important is we learned from our mistakes and if somebody do us wrong we must learn to forgive it might not be sudden but sooner or later we must learn forgiveness that's come from the heart . Less burden in this life the better. Put more positive things in the heart. As the prayer says forgive our sins as we forgive those who sinned against us.

Forgive and forget? U cn forgve but u cnt nver forget! Madaling magpatawad. But its hard to forget.. Even hardr to build trust to d pers0n u trusted m0st but betrayed you.. Admit it in s0me point of lives therz a time all d things that happens in d past wil jz suddnly flash back in ur mind.
