Duties and Responsibilities of the MI

What is an MI

Master Initiators or MI's are selected FORCE members who are responsible for the implementation of Initiation Procedures for new FORCE Family applicants called neophytes or Neos.

MI's are the guides for the Neos and are responsible for their continuing orientation on the Guidelines and vision of the FORCE Family. They are the role model and must set an example for the Neos to follow.

Duties and Responsibilities of the MI's

* MI's must implement set of activities or tasks for the Neos in accordance to Initiation Procedures (IP).

* Ensure that all Neophytes will register at this forum.

* Any administrative dealings must be coursed through the Founders unless otherwise tasked to do so.

* Supervise & guide neophytes in the accomplishment of their requirements as stated in IP.

* Responsible to update regularly the Founders & the Family about the progress of the Neos initiations by direct reporting through this forum.

* Responsible for the submission of reports and recommendations of successful candidates to the Founders before the scheduled final initiations.

* We are a team. All MI's should coordinate with other MI's.


Selection of an MI
Master Initiators (MI's) are selected by the Founders based on their high dedication to the cause and ideals of the FORCE family.

Got a Problem with an MI?
If you think an MI is abusing their authority, you should first contact them and discuss it like adults. If you've tried to resolve your concern with the MI and you're not satisfied, contact the Founders.

i wish i can still do this duties and obligation as an mi Sad im sorry my comi for being absent most of the time.... i even have only less time with the neos... i can't guide them completely due of my absence....but still i promise all of you that i will still do my best in this obligation u guys entrust with me...... please accept my apology... Sad Sad Sad
